And I find it strange that I can’t leave a review either. And nowhere on their site does it even address the 64-bit problem with macOS Catalina users. I would like a full refund, but if I can’t get a response out of them how to I expect to get my money back ? Their website is full of empty promises like award winning support and customer service. I received a response in December pretty much saying what the first response in October said and that the 64-bit is still being worked on. Well here it is a new year and still no 64-bit version and my emails are not being responded to ( I must have sent about a dozen emails regarding this issue and I only received 2 responses). They answered me Oct 29th and said that the new version should be ready in a couple of weeks (November). I emailed their support which isn’t very supportive. I ordered it in September 2019 and barely got to use it when I went to Catalina in October.
